Minor Athletes (under the age of 18) must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian either in person or online. Coaches managers or teammates may not sign the waiver in place of a parent or legal guardian.

In cases where a minor athlete is travelling without a parent or legal guardian a blank waiver may be signed prior to the event by the parent or legal guardian and then the event information can be filled in on-site. In this case each waiver must be signed (do not sign once then copy), and the event information must be filled out on race day (please don’t hand in a blank signed waiver).
