Qualified USA Cycling licensed Clubs and Race Directors may become voting Members of NEBRA through BikeReg. NEBRA is governed by its voting membership. Membership shall be on an annual basis, with voting members entitled to vote at the NEBRA annual meeting. Any person, partnership, corporation, association or other entity licensed as a club by USA Cycling with a licensed address in one of the New England states is eligible for NEBRA membership. Furthermore, any person or entity licensed by USA Cycling as a standalone Race Director with a licensed address in one of the New England states is also eligible for NEBRA membership.
