The results of the NEBRA Board Election are as follows:

The members voted to amend the Articles of Incorporation to remove eligibility for New York-based clubs and race directors to join NEBRA.  (24 in favor, 3 against)

The members elected Joe Rodrigues, Kim DuBord, Lydia Hausle, and Alex Grabau to the Board of Directors for a term of 2 years.

The members voted to approve the new bylaws.  There were a few comments about the changes, which the board will follow up on.  (25 in favor, 2 with concerns)

27 out of 39 (70%) of the membership voted.
